Oh I know, it's great. It'll be interesting to see whether Edna O'B reads an early story or something new. I wonder if she still writes short fiction.

Heard Wolff speaking about the Short Story with Enright last saturday. Would love to hear more of his thoughts. This looks like a great line-up, well done on being involved!

I read at the same conference 2 years ago in Lisbon, as did many of the other participants. Nice to see some new names on the readers list too. It's so vast, though. Many events run concurrently, so it'll be a feat to get to much. Looking forward to it! I'll attempt to report on it next week.

Hi V
The conference is run every 2nd year. There had been talk of Singapore as a venue for this year (Singapore!!) so I had high hopes. As it is, Cork will do me just fine!
Hope all going well. That flash writing anthology you blogged about sounds great. Congrats!

Hi Sylvia
It was great to meet you too. And I'll go anywhere for the conference! Taiwan sounded exotic but Toronto sounds good too. Maybe Alice Munro, Margaret Atwood or Mavis Gallant will turn up!?
I'll pop over to your side and have a look at your blog,
All the best
Nuala
