ENTERING LIT COMPS - A DEBATE

Any of you who like to enter literary competitions, get over to my cyberpal Sarah Hilary's Crawl Space Blog and join in the debate. (When I say 'cyberpal' I do not mean to imply that she is a robot, btw. We've yet to meet in person, is all! heh heh.)

Ha! Thanks, Nuala. I feel I ought to say something like 'oh my wires and circuits' or simply 'affirmative'.

Thanks for spreading the word. Now I need to get some more writers and organisers joining the debate. Guess I need to hawk the blog around the bazaars...!

Oh, brilliant, thanks! I'm not on Facebook, no, but it would be great to have this mentioned there. You're a star!

Wow - such strong views. I have dragged my soap box over there and back. Great to know what other writers think about this - or anything.

Often I blog about something only to feel like a complete divvy when I venture to another blog and find a comment of someone snorting with disdain about a similar point - usually well established folks - so it's good to know other writers think about the same things and that it isn't daft to wonder about this stuff: that it's ok to be learning and making mistakes.

Thanks for this - more power to your elbow and all that.

The more the merrier, Rachel. I'm going over there now to see what you said.

Yes, it's always affirming to know you are not the ONLY one feeling a certain way about stuff!
