READING IN CORK TONIGHT

I should have mentioned this reading this morning, or days ago (?!) but I have been distracted by the delights (mainly culinary and poetry festival related) of Cork.

So, I am reading at Ó Bhéal tonight at 9pm. Upstairs in The Long Valley pub, Winthrop Street, Cork. Open mic and free admission.

Hope you’re having a ball and a well deserved break!
Good luck this evening. I’ll be thinking about you wishing I was there ;-)

It is now 10pm, a bit too late to go there; pity!
I would have loved to see your reading...

Just realised I nevcer said how much I enjoyed your flash at Sparks (was it Sparks?) I'm in a fluff-headed state today - apologies - but the story has stayed with me.

Ah, The Long Valley. Used to be my local way back in the late seventies. Good luck!

Emeire - as it happens the guest reader doesn't begin until 10pm, for future reference. They have losts of interesting guests lined up for future readings.

It was a great night, very friendly and relaxed.
