The Prufrocks had a lovely time at
Phizzfest in Dublin, reading with the Mater Dei Poets and the winners of the Phizzfest Poetry Award, one of whom was our own Maureen Gallagher. Congrats Maureen!
The Writers' Room bar upstairs in the Brian Boru pub was overflowing for the reading and we had two solid hours of poetry. The audience were lovely (and patient) and we all enjoyed the evening very much. Thanks to all our supporters and to the organisers of Phizzfest.
Ann Dempsey won the Phizzfest Poetry Award and you can read her winning poem
