The Moth Short Story Prize is open to everyone, as long as the work is original and previously unpublished.
There is no word limit and no theme.
The first prize is €1,000 and the second prize is a week-long writing retreat at Circle of Misse in France.
The judge this year is Martina Evans and the winning story will be published in the summer 2013 issue of The Moth. The entry fee is €8 per story (or €9 if you are paying using a money order) and the closing date is 31 March 2013.
