To The World of Men, Welcome - reissue & giveaway & reading

Arlen House have issued a paperback and newly expanded edition of my second short story collection, To The World of Men, Welcome. Excitement!

The collection came out in 2005 and this new edition has three new stories, one of which features Virginia Woolf.

I am giving away a copy of the book to one reader of Women Rule Writer; I will post to anywhere in the world. I'll be reading from the book in The Winding Stair bookshop on Culture Night in Dublin this Friday 23rd September at 7.30pm.

To win a copy of the book all you need to do is answer this question: which iconic Dublin bridge crosses the Liffey beside The Winding Stair bookshop?

Leave your answer in the comments and I will put your name in the hat for the draw which will take place next Wednesday the 28th September.

A re-issue eh? Very cool, congrats Nu!

It's the Ha'penny Bridge. Noticed recently that someone has stencilled 'Troll Below' on its walkway - very cute. :)

Ha'penny Bridge - I was recently told I looked like VW from the side! Makes a change from looking like Kate Middleton in half light or Cindy Crawford from behind....:)

Great news about the reissue - great to hear. Hope your get a super-appreciative audience for your reading.

The Ha'penny Bridge (did you know people have started locking 'love padlocks' on it? like the bridges in Paris & Florence)
